Tim is a Residential Specialist and RE/MAX Hall of Fame member. In only his first month in the business, Tim sold 5 homes totalling approximately $2 million dollars in Real Estate. Now after over 10 years as an agent, Tim has successfully negotiated deals on more than $60 million in real estate. He has received multiple awards including the 100%, 200%, Million Dollar Club, Two Million Dollar Club, Outstanding Sales Achievement Award & Hall of Fame.

As the former President of a Financial Services Company, Tim has mastered the art of negotiation and just as importantly the ability to service clients on an individual basis.  "Adjusting to a clients specific needs and wants is what often separates the good agents from mediocrity" says Tim.  "Identifying with a clients home dreams and giving them strong, accurate advice is what I like to be known for".

Licensed to sell both commercial and residential real estate, his focus has primarily been residential.

Tim grew up in Central Etobicoke where he attended school and took part in competitve sports. Today, he lives in Lorne Park in South Mississauga with his wife and two kids.  He has been active in the community both coaching and spectating sports, participating in fundraising and enjoying the many amenities the Port Credit and Lorne Park neighbourhoods offer.
