Tim is a residential specialist and Re/Max 'Hall of Fame' member within Re/Max Realty Specialists. In his first  month in the business Tim sold 5 homes totalling approximately $2 million dollars in Real Estate. After only 8 years as an agent, Tim has successfully negotiated deals on more than $50 million in real estate.

As the former President of a Financial Services Company, Tim has mastered the art of negotiation and just as importantly the ability to service clients on an individual basis. Licensed to sell both commercial and residential real estate his focus has primarily been residential.

Tim grew up in Central Etobicoke where he attended school and took part in competitve sports. Today, he lives in Lorne Park in South Mississauga with his wife and two kids.
