Meet Tim Bishop

Tim specializes in the 'Family Focused Approach' connecting amazing families with their optimal home and neighbourhood. He understands that raising kids and thriving as a family unit requires more than a nice home.  It requires the complete neighbourhood package - Schools, area amenities, sports associations, creative arts, parks and trails, and even nearby restaurants for parent date night are all extremely important elements in the "Family Focused Approach".

Tim is a RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient. In only his first month in the business, Tim sold 5 homes totaling approximately $2 million dollars in Real Estate. With over 33 years of Sales Experience (22 in Real Estate), Tim has successfully negotiated deals on more than $200 million in real estate. He has received multiple awards including the 100%, 200%, Platinum, Outstanding Sales Achievement Award, Re/Max Hall of Fame Award and the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award.

In his life before Real Estate, Tim was the President of a Financial Services Company where he mastered the art of negotiation and just as importantly, the ability to service clients on an individual basis.  "Adjusting to a clients specific needs and wants is what often separates the great agents from the average" says Tim.  "Identifying with a clients home dreams and giving them strong, accurate advice is what I like to be known for". Licensed to sell both commercial and residential real estate, his focus has primarily been residential.

Tim grew up in Central Etobicoke where he attended school and took part in competitve sports. Today, he lives in Lorne Park in South Mississauga where he raised (along with his amazing wife), two awesome kids.   He has been active in the community both coaching and spectating sports, participating in fundraising and enjoying the many amenities the Port Credit and Lorne Park neighbourhoods offer. Tim Bishop has been a proud sponsor of The Children's Miracle Network for 22 years and has personally donated thousands of dollars to this wonderful cause.
